Complex is great....

The complex is a great complex. I have been living here for over a year and have not had any problems. Parking is sufficient. The trash issue has improved. I would recommend tenants learn to use the trash compactor properly when taking out their garbage. The grounds are very well kept. The staff is very helpful and friendly. When there is a maintenance problem it is rectified within 24 hours. The windows are well insulated and not drafty. And, there are proper supplies for the doggie poop stations within the complex that more tenants should utilize.
