Expensive & noisy

Moving into a loft space I was unaware of the potential utility costs, cold cement floors with the high ceilings. The rental rate after the initial lease term is very expensive and not consistent with the area nor current rental market. Unfortunately the management displays an indifference to concerns noise, dog feces, lights burnt out, parking.
