Lousy Lots of mold. Cigarette butts everywhere. Never any parking. Lots of bugs. Warm water runs out very quickly.

Very nice. We had a very pleasant living experience here. The neighbors were friendly, helpful and quiet and the maintenance was done quickly and professionally. Parking was always easy and it was just a quick walk to Main Street. We would live here again anytime.

Mold, Mold, and more Mold I have lived here 4 years and am now finally moving.
The goods:
-When major problems occur, like there being no cold water - they respond quickly
-Snow is generally always removed
-A cleaning man comes and bleaches the hallway floor every week
