Lennox Heights is in a nice location, and most of the appartments are very nice. However I have never met a more rude Manager in my life. She is not a professional person by all means , and enters apartments at will without advance consent, and can be down right insulting and mean. i completely disagree with this post. I have never met a more professional manager in all the time renting or owning. The maintenance crew is run by this manager and wouldn't be as good as this review says without her help. She has never entered an apartment without permission, if she even enters at all. There are rules that she must follow and like anytime you deal with the public gets the sharp end of the stick. In response to everything that has been going on with this complex, she has been handling with grace and compassion. She called everyone in the complex to see if they were missing anything, something she took upon herself to do and spent the time with each person if they were upset. This in my opinion and MANY other people who live here, is something that you do not get from very many property managers and something that should not be over looked. This "anoymous" post is not the popular opinion of this complex and should not be viewed as such. thank you

I own an apartment here and have lived here and am currently renting my apartment here. I love the manager, Wendy, she is very professional, gives notice for everything she does or needs to do. She has never entered my apartment without notice. She has found me renters saving me money on advertising the apartments. She keeps us updated with letters and phone calls. The maintenance is superb and she has always been friendly and responsible. She is everything you would want in a manager.
