This is a terrible place to live. Security is nonexistent, the management is confrontational and unhelpful, and the residents are absolute scum. I would say 90% of the population is Hispanic and illegal immigrants and not the upwardly mobile sort. If you are not Uruguayan, Puerto Rican, or Brazilian, you will be treated with disdain. Don't even think about trying to speak English, all you will get is laughs and glazed over looks. The landlords and management actively courts illegal residents because they can treat them however they want and maintain the substandard conditions. Someone attempted to break into my apartment twice, leaving my doorknob barely dangling and the door jamb gouged . The residents jam objects into the security doors because they are too lazy to carry a key, thus inviting all forms of scum into your building. The laundry room is like a rats nest, with teenagers smoking pot, having sex, and vagrants sleeping in it. The Security Guards literally do nothing. They park their car at in the lot and sit for a few hours. That is it. They claim to do patrols through the buildings, but the ONLY time I have ever seen a guard in a building was when they drop off rent notices. That is it. I left a bottle of detergent in the laundry room for 2 hours and someone stole it. A $3 dollar bottle of detergent!! That is the type of place this is. IF YOU ARE A DECENT PERSON, DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER MOVING HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
