Very Poor Management

New owners and management have plagued this otherwise nice cozy apartment complex. I have had a broken d/w and leaky drain for three months,they refuse to fix it! Other problems include neighbors, I was unfortunate to be put next to some older residents that complained about everything and anything...And forget good and safe parking, every week someones car gets hit because the lot is way overcrowded and covered in ice. Walkways are never shoveled and salted...When I have the chance to move out im gone for good...not to mention they love to raise the rent every couple of months. I was originaly paying $600 now Im up to 725!
