my neighbor just turned me onto this site...after being here for two years I can honestly say this place is terrible. No parking, no maintenance,the maintenance man is extremely old and has no clue how to fix anything,he will just dabble around your apartment for an hour, get nothing fixed and then leave saying he will check the problem again tomorrow. Needless to say i had no A/c for the summer (comes w/apt) and i still have no lock on my sliding door and the garbage disposal has neverworked.
