I moved in here and really loved how close it is to all the shops and malls, I also have to say that maintenance and staff are really nice people and they do fix the place up before you move in and they always try to fix anything that has problems right away. The place its self is not a bad at all and they have been doing a lot of painting and work on the outside and insides of the buildings. Unfortunately the neighbor hood is a different story, Not that every single person here is mean or a criminal but there are a lot here. I lived here for a few months and one day after work I came home to find that I had been robbed. Ten years of my life taken in one day. Also there are scary people out at night dealing drugs and driving around slowly looking at the buildings. I am always frightened that I am being watched. I had to block my windows because I was so afraid someone would break in again. I live on the ground floor and the staff said they wont put bars up because of looks and fire issues, bars would make me feel a lot safer. They have police do drive bys every night but still they cant be every where and here every hour. I would say if your desperate for a place to live then this is it. I on the other hand cant wait to move.
