Heritage Gardens has a habit of never returning your entire Security Deposit no matter how clean or pristine you leave your place when you move out.
Even though you give a required 30 day notice, and comply to their every wish, you will not see your security deposit. You also will not see, in accordance with Massachusetts Landlord Tenat Laws, an interest payment received for your Security Deposit, nor will you ever see anything to substantiate the work they claim needs to be done in relation to the "damages" they claim you have incurred.
Many tenants may not go after security deposits thinking that it is way to much time and effort to get back what is legally theirs, How many tenants from Heritage Gardens have lost money with no substantiation of repair work and invoices to prove that the work was done.
This place is taking everyone for a ride, so prior to moving out, know your rights.
Also, watch your autos, mine got broken into twice. lots of lingering juveniles at night looking for something quick to grab.

Agreed wholeheartedly, I know of 3 personal friends who are in the same situation in the past 3 months. This really stinks
