I had been in this place for 3 years. The place is quite and good, but maintenance is very bad and some times dangarous. Here is a few example.

1 - This winter they tried to save money and they have done no or minimal plowing. To a degree once the Building General Manager was in site and she slept and brock her wrist. They are lucky, had it been for some one else they would have paid hefty price.

2 - I use the rear entrance / Exit frequently. it never or rarley got shoveled. An old man who lived above me has once slept of the stairs. He was OK, but the stairs were very dangarous.

3 - Last year, the swimming pool didn't open unitl mid summer. The office kept giving us "Nice" excuse of " we are waiting for inspection". Finally, some one contacted the inspectors office to check he was informed that, an application was files by our office they were required to present a sample of the pool water somewhere in second week of April. But they haven't summbitted yet. When he posted a lengthy memo of his finding on the Entrance, the office moved quickly and the pool was open, but most of the summer was gone.

4 - two years ago they replaced the heating and added $75 to the rent. they tried to save money, very poor heating system is inplace. The office refused to pay for the guy who did the job and he took them to court they lost the case, and they had to pay him his money. Now what do we get, either the heat is very hi and you can't tolerate it or you get no heat at all.

5 - The office and staff and general manager doesn't know how to communicate. You don't get greated properly you feel like not going there at all.

6 - Last but least, this place used to be nice before the current managemnet took place. When I came here, most tenants have been living there for more than 5 years and they were happy. Since last year, virtually every single of them had left the place, because of what I described above.
