Years at this apartment: 1992 - 2000
It started out nice, rent was low/stable and then, suudenly it jumps by close to 100, because they replaced heating system. We were told it will be done by September, but never got finished until December. After starting the windter with out hear, the worst yet to come. The new heat does not work at all. either you got very hot heat or no heat. I felt a total rip off.
Not even worth to stay here.
