I am sure, you have read other peoples feedback on this apartmnet posted in this site. Here is my story. I hope it may help you make good decision.

I still live in this apartmnet and have decided to move out at the end of my lease. I am new to this place and was excited at first, then I hoped I'd got some feedback ( like this ones) before I moved in. For the same reason I am writing to make you aware of so much problems.

Since October, the office has bombarmed me of notices that my future rent will increase by some percentage. Finally, I used heavy ( and some bad language) and told them not mention my next rent until it is time. They are quite now.

For a third consicutive weekend, my apartmnet has no HOT WATER, I called the office ( which have an answering service after hours and on weekends) and they told me a plumber is in his way. Mysteriously, HOT WATER comes at the early hours of the morning ( once at 3AM, once at 5AM) I haven't seen a plumner in the site. I was talking with a guy next door, we think that they are shutting the HOT WATER to save money. I am closly investigating teh matter, if our supicion turns to be true, then we may seek some kind of way of dealing with the problem.

Even though, according the law they have to supply us with heat until mid of June, the heat has been shut down and the past couple of nights has been freezing cold. I called the office and they tunred it on after long time waiting.

Last winter, hardly they plowed the snow. Finally one of the upper managemnet of the complex fell and broke her arm. After that incident, they improved by 5%, i think they were scared if someone else falls down.

I hope this gives you an inside from an insider. I don't recommond this place to any one. You got to do your own decision, but don't blame me if you got dis-appointed after moving to this place.
