We lived in this place for quite long time. 9 years . Before the current managment come on board, it use to be very nice complex, the people at the office were very friendly and maintenance was great. Since this new managemenet (in the last 5 years) took over, things are going down ward. Here are few examples
1. We never have a problem with noice, during our last year, it was a nightmare to sleep with loud music, people chit-chatting on the parking lot.
2. Maintenance is very back. One winter, after every snow storm, they would sit back and hope the next day will be summer, so they don't have to plow it. One day the General Manager slipt and broke here wrist.
3. The lady at the office is very rude. She doesn't know how to speak nor how to treat people.
