Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
I have lived here for 4 years and finally leaving. When i first moved here it was not that bad for the first year but maintenance started to go down hill. Then finally about 2 years ago new owners came in, rent went up and maintenance got even worse, you have to call atleast 5 times to get something fixed. Hallways are always leaking and smell, and ocassional thugs move in and out, i guess because they got kicked off welfare. The only thing that is nice is the pool but you always have the group of losers who have no jobs and live on the pool all day and think they own the place. But will always be better than river side and litchfield
