I moved in here one year ago and have had my water shut off 14 times. Furthermore, during the summer, the management shut down the pool to build what they titled a fitness center. What was constructed was a new office for management with a treadmill and a couple of barbells. If a resident is out of town for a snowstorm and the resident's car is parked in the parking lot, management will tow the car.

I've been there for 1 year now and haven't had any issues with my water. As for towing your car, they need to clean the snow off the parking lots, they only towed it cause you were out of town..they always just knock or call you to move it. This should not be surprising to you as they post notices for moving your vehicle before a coming snow day and its on a same time scheduale for which building your at. If you were smart you would have let them know you were leaving, I mean its comsense especially during winter.Any other complex would have done the same. The weight room is not that big but I'm not complaining. This place is nice, has its own security on certain days, free digital cable, nice people and I haven't used my heater yet cause the walls are good, including im on the second floor. Anyways you just sound bitter about your car.
