I still would recommend Leominster Garden Apartments - particularly Bldg. D, top floor where I reside. It is extremely quiet and very clean.

During the past several months, they recently repainted all the interior hallway walls and doors including staining the wooden apartment doors, too. It looks beautiful and very clean. I hope it stays that way.

They also replaced all the apartment interior sliding glass doors with new white framed sliding doors to improve the efficiency of heat as well as the aesthetics. I was particularly impressed at how quickly this was done with no inconvenience to the tenants at all.

In the coming months, all the windows will be replaced, too, with regular white framed/screened windows. With all these improvements, the rent is still very reasonable.

Two changes I would like to see. First is mandating that tenants display "clean" door mats outside their own entrances. Some of the door mats are really soiled and disgusting. It doesn't look very nice with the new painted hallway decor. Second is better security in Bldg. D's side door. The door is left open majority of the time. I'd like to see a better locking mechanism on this door.

Other than that, I'm happy at Leominster Gardens, with the Property Manager and maintenance staff. I would recommend it, particularly building D, top floor.
