The apartment it self is nice.
?New appliances in the kitchen
?New paint
?New rugs
Certain things were supposed to be done when we first moved in and we are still waiting.
?No cover to the ceiling fan in the bathroom
?No cover to the light in the bathroom
?Our bedroom door doesn?t close and it has no doorknob! When asked maintenance to repair it, the reply I got was, ?you don?t close it anyway.? I would if I could!!!!
Our neighbors are inconsiderate and obnoxious.
?Smoking in the hallway and throwing cigarettes out on the lawn
?Leaving laundry in the washers and dryers for days!
?Playing loud music and fighting at all hours of the night (sometimes I swear I hear furniture being moved around at like 3:00 in the morning!)
?The hallways have a very strong odor
Last but not least:
?The fire alarms are going off all the time!
?What is up with the water/pipes' Every once in awhile I will turn on the shower and the water is completely rusty!!!!! It is disgusting!!!!!
I do have to say they have done the laundry room floor over and they seem to be doing a lot of work on the exterior of the complex.
Overall I would not recommend this complex.
