Walking distance to package store, mall, restaurants, etc. Security service is not needed because effective ON-SITE management keeps out the riff-raff. Unlike other apartment complexes in the area, it is rare to see a police car here.

The rugs were cleaned and walls painted when I moved in, along with kitchen cabinet replacement and garbage disposal.

I rarely see my neighbors, but they all seem friendly. Many long-term tenants also help, as turn-over seems low, unlike some other complexes who could make a side business renting moving vans.
