I have never been more upset about a choice to live someplace. At the time I took this apartment I honestly was in a bind. But the area is absolutely terrifying! Since I moved in six months ago, there have been two shooting and a drive by shooting. The violence and drug issues are neverending. The area is littered with trash and broken glass and abandoned car parts. The actual apartment building has worn rugs, security doors that are always open and security that is non existant!

this is the type of place that isn't ment for children because of the criminal activity that goes on here on a daily basis, yet ironicaly it is here for familys that cant afford to live in a full price apartment, nice huh?

I was planning to move to litchfield terrace. but now that I have read comments of current or past tenants, I changed my mind. I am so glad I decided to do my research on this place. I am a 20 year old female. I am currently a student in search of a safe, quiet and peaceful enviorment. But the reviews I read have me heading for the hills. Being a student I cannot afford to live somewhere that does not offer inexpensive rent. But in this case and because of these reviews I'll take my chances somewhere else. Thank you everyone, for being honest when it comes to writeing your reviews. By doing so you save people like myself alot of unwanted problems. So thank you again and keep the reviews coming.
