Safty is a big issue, you have to worry about the drugs, people slamming the hallway doors at all hours of the night. fighting in the hallways, people smoking pot in the hallways, the shooting,it's pretty bad you have to tell your 7 year old he can't play outside for fear of a drive by shooting, and if you are outside you have to make sure your children know what to do if someone starts shooting so they won't get shot. mold growing in the bathroom, the kitchen cabints look like they been here since they built the building. the hallways are nasty dirty.

i agree this building is nothing i would ever wish my worst enemy to live in the purto ricans and -------- are a large problem.,they party on the front steps cranking music smoking crack in the halls, along with marijuana drink booze and when one comes home and there is a group of "ethnic" people surrounding the stair cases one feels unsafe. im not gender norming they just dont have any common respect for family that isnt raised around drugs, theft, gangs ect... the police need to do something SOON As i see it the police have made an apperance but i am yet to see any of them actually get out of the car..must be in need of lumbar support. in few words i believe it is "serve and protect?" but to my opinion and most of the other that live here "eat and retreat" |

I also have to agree. When i lived there i was a single mother and pregnant. I also was in a bind. But the complex has to much trash outside the dumpsters there really isn't anything for the kids to do. No pool and a very small playground. The police were there everday and there were a couple of drug busts not to mention the staff isn't exactly welcoming. I got locked out of my building with my child and they took there sweet ass time coming to unlock the door. I also would take my child to Doyle field to play at least i felt safe. Plus it was like push comes to shove for the laudry machines.Although i feel the apartment itself wasn't too bad. It could have definately used some touching up. The hallways yes was gross and reaked of pot.
