I have lived at Presidential Park for nearly 2 years and love it. It is spacious, affordable (heat and hot water included), and conveniently located very close to 290 and Rte 2. I've never had any issues with noise here. Maintenence has always been quick to respond to any issues and the grounds are very well taken care of. The only thing that is not up to par is the laundry facility in my building...the machines are old and don't work much of the time. But the best laundramat in town is down the road so its not bad. Overall, I love this place and have recommended it to several of my friends and co-workers.
