I've lived in this complex for 4 years. I enjoy it most due to the fact that it is quite kid friendly. They have a great clubhouse for the children to go to after school with great activities and a computer room. They have a good sized pool for those hot summer days, basket ball and tennis court. Also there is a playground but the playground equipment is just adequate. They take very good care of the grounds here, maintenance is out 5 days a week picking up after the slobs who throw thing's on the ground. The shrubbary, flowers and trees are quite beautiful. Parking can be tricky at times, because visitors tend to ignore the "parking for tenants only" signs, and the security (Archer) does not enforce the no parking rules for visitors. They do however enforce the no parking in the firelane rules for the tenants who can't park in the lot, go figure. Anyway, management is always available during the business hours, and maintenance is 24/7. Overall, it's not a bad place to live, depending on which building and the neigbors you get. Some do treat this place like a project, but most are okay.

well, i lived in Riverside for 4 years many years ago, and there were a lot of discrimination. The management family members who lived in Riverside they do have special treatment, their kid could play on the lawn, only then. And nobody would complain, but if you are not part of their family they inmediately will complain. Thats not fair when your kid asked you why they can play outside and they ca not. that hurts!!! So, I don't think is a good place to live when you have kids.
