It is not a good place for kids or anyone! No not everyone in Riverside is bad and yes there are white people living in Riverside also (response to earlier review) There is trash everywhere, smells you cant explain, noise worse then club on Saturday night. Apartments are huge and kept maintained if reported only. Police are always here, and fighting and yelling outside. Office turns a blind eye until the cops get involved to get the drug dealers. D.S.S. always on the property as well. Dont Live At Riverside! Also forgot to mention that there have been many reports of cars geting hit in the parking lot, front office does nothing, police say too bad private property. Only option is your insurence company! Warm weather brings the kids to the streets, never accompanied by an adult, cars parked in the middle of the street, kids everywhere in streets and parking lots. People constantly searching through the trash, The management and security company (on site supposively 6pm-4am) do nothing about anything. Hallways smell of smoke, drugs, spoiled food, cooking,& diapers, god knows what else. Very dirty.

i still livehere and i dont no y they got a big rating they dont tell u thy rent to sex offers,loose woman that got apartment for there kids take in these no good man pay no rent collect foodstamps got everyone living there how u pay cheap rent dive the nicest cars.the head office need to look into to this place if anyone has the number let me no.yes its geting worse here but i need a place to sleep.
