Maintenance: For problems in your apartment excellent response time and excellent service.



Grounds Keeping: Terrible - trash everywhere, poor snow removal policy and failure to complete clean-up. I am disgusted.



The absolute best is "Vacuum Man". There is a man you will occasionally see on the grounds with a canister vacuum attached to his back. He will vacuum the halls once in a while with this canister vacuum which lacks an agitator. How sad is that' Would you vacuum your home without a carpet agitator' Think of how much travel there is in the common areas.....enough said.



Security: Mostly lazy (hanging around in Security Vehicles near entrance on occasion) and an inconsistent presence. Some are friendly and some are on some insecure and immature ego trip.



>>I returned home with the girlfriend to find 4-5 Gangsta Rappers 15-19yrs old with bad attitudes hanging in/around and blocking the entrance to my building. They were smoking pot and drinking beer in plain view and acted as if they owned the place (I don?t believe they were tenenants).



>>I have also whitnessed drug deals in the main parking lot.



>>Often hear marital fights - sometimes physical.....it can be disturbing.



>>"Puff Daddy" Teenager downstairs continues to blast music anytime between 11pm-3am and hangs around at entrance to building with his cordless phone talking like a gangsta-rapper. I wonder if his "posse" knows he still lives with MOM.



>>Horn Blowing fools in the parking lot plus LOUD music/mufflers from cars at all times of the day and night.



>>I have watched tenants working on thier cars in the parking lot, spray painting househould items on common walkways near one building entrance, and dropping trash anywhere as they enter the building.



Although there are some apartments in the large complex which are sheltered from some of the commotion, the situation appears to be getting worse.



Tenants: The quality of tenants appears to be worse with every month that passes.



I can?t speak for who ever wrote the positive reviews but I can tell you that every person I have spoken with who has recently moved out has been very disappionted with the recent changes here.



I will be leaving Whitney Carriage soon and will gove one final "honest" report.



Good Luck!! I hope Princeton Properties has an oportunity to read this since they need to get thier act together. "Pay attention to the little things people...that?s were the quality is"
