This is my second apartment within the building. Overall, I am pleased with both the management and the maintenance staff. The rooms are quite spaceous and the building itself is aesthetically pleasing. However, the surrounding area is very "dumpy." The ammenities are decent, however, it seems as if every month something new breaks. Which would be so much of a problem if it would only take them a few weeks to fix. Both the pool and the hottub took *many* months to fix!
