Whitney carriage has the most largest and beautiful apartments in the area. Sure, there are cheaper apartments elsewhere, but they are small, cramped and tiny! Whitney Carriage charges a little more (you pay for what you get; $1000 apartments are beautiful), but it is because the apartments are huge! The apartments have huge closets, and big bedrooms with lots of storage space available in the aparment. This is the only complex I know that offers 2 FULL baths for 2 Bedroom apartments.

The fitness center with a jacuzzi, suana and cardio marchine are a plus!

Laundry is a difficult situation sometimes, but at every apartment complex, laundy is always somewhat of an issue. As for noise complaints... its a typical apartment community. Occasionaly you will hear music, but it is bearable.
If any problems arise, maintance responds in a VERY timely fashion; mostly that day or the next!
