This place has great apartments. Huge rooms, most of which are very uniquely designed. Air conditioning and heat work great. Have never had a problem with hot or cold water. Fairly priced washers and dryers, makes it convenient. Plenty of parking available. Lots of extras, like swimming pool open all week, a fitness center with brand new equipment and machines with TV/DVD players, a sauna and a jacuzzi as well. Plus, tennis courts and grassy areas to do whatever. It has everything you need. In addition it's only 3 minutes off of Rt. 2 and very conveniently located near downtown Leominster and the major shopping mall area. Some might argue it's in a "bad" neighborhood, but it isn't really that bad. It's a few blocks away from where some might consider it to be bad, but in now way are we in the Leominster ghetto. But they do have private security that watches over the property all night long, every night. I've never had problems with neighbors, but make sure you ask which buildings on the property are best to live in. I would suggest buildings 4 and 5 as they are small and there are less people. The staff is amazing, everyone is so friendly and helpful. I've never met a better staff for an apartment complex.
I would recommend this place to everyone who's looking for a nice apartment place to live. The apartments are not dirty, old, and grimey. You could pay less money elsewhere but you're getting way less. You can't beat this place.
