This is not the best place around town and the rent is way over priced. Grounds are not kept clean, plowing of the parking lots so unorganized. Parking is a factor due to the fact that there are too many cars without parking permits that park and they do nothing about. Maintenace is slow and there is always a problem with hot water in the winter. If you have air conditioners in the town houses, they won't help you remove them. Kids all over the parking lot, loud music in the summer. No security at night. Too many residents that don't care, so the place is a mess from unsupervised children running around......
