nice place but it does have its issues

i have problems with the hot water almost every morning... it goes from a normal tolerable temperature to either scalding hot or freezing cold... never consistant... unless you plan on taking a shower at 4:00 in the afternoon
parking is ok durning the day but trying to find a spot in the evening is nearly impossable... which isn't really a big deal - until the winter...
the parking lots can be very noisy... car alarms going off in the middle of the night or way early in the morning... and people sitting outside yelling on their cellphone in the middle of the night... "guests" sitting outstide honking their horns continuously... a little annoying
the trash chutes are very convienent BUT at least once a week they stink up the hallways... its almost unbearable and definitely disgusting
the HUGE windows are great... lots of light and warmth. we haven't had to turn our heat on once yet this winter... although it does get a little too hot sometimes and we have to open the windows in the middle of the winter.
the size of the apartments are great... we pay $1000 for a 2 bed 2 bath and its well worth the money. all the rooms are pretty large and there is a lot of closet space.
there are security people who walk around the grounds at night... but i can't say that i have seen them here every night.
and then there is the laundry... its very convenient (and reasonably priced) when the card machine is working. and even then half of the washers and dryers are out of order. i think that some of the problem is negligence from the managment and/or maintenance but its more from the tenants who abuse the machines.
i am satisfied living here. i would have to say that some of the faults have nothing to do with the managment but more the other tenants... some people are just not respectful of their neighbors but any large apartment complex like this will have problems with tenants and other small issues as well... especially in the leominster area. i also think that there are some things that the managment could inprove but this is by far one of the nicer apartment communities in this area.
