Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
July 7th and still no air conditioning. Still will be about 2 weeks until it is actually fixed. On SEVERAL occasions during the winter we had absolutely no hot water and took weeks to fix. Management would not even consider a rent discount, and did NOTHING to accomadate their residents and make them at least a little comfortable. First step of about six is not attached and often is falling out.
