If you want to live in this complex good luck. I moved there and was extremely happy for the first week or so then it started to go down hill... There was a mouse chewing and scratching in the wall, we called maintenence and they did not believe me and said that it was IMPOSSIBLE for a mouse to chew through the wall. ALL the time they are on the phone the damn thing is peaking out of the hole. Maintenence shows up and puts cocking in the wall and leaves... A week later same thing. Nothing was done except the office saying I think we put mouse traps in the walls.

The laundry room... the card machine was broken 7 times in 9 months!!, laundry was stolen, and the machines never worked.

The hot tub was "under construction" for 7 months!!!

Then the hot water issue... almost 1 week with NO HOT WATER... The management office did NOTHING except send memos out saying that it would be fixed the next day and they are constantly working on the problem... Not once did I see a person in the boiler room "fixing" the problem. The management then states to take a shower in the Townhouses.... there was 2 townhouses available and when you called to make an "appointment" the office was closed!!! Nothing was ever done to make it any easier, no deduction of rent, no reimbursement of hotel fees, nothing.

The people that live there are animals... my vehicle has been scratched and hit numerous times, there is dogs always barking in the building (were no dogs are allowed) Kids running around, swearing (little kids ages 6 and up) No control of their children.

DONT LIVE THERE YOU WILL REGRET EVERY SECOND.... THIS PLACE SUCKS!!
