i left after living there for 5 years. my apartment always had a problem. had to boil water to take a bath. had water from the 2nd floor leaking into my kitchen light because maintance installed a dishwasher incorrectly the ceiling was stained and never painted correctly. then no ac and poor heating they still have a emergency boiler system outside the building i don't regret leaving.
