Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
That is the nickname I heard from a Lexington police officer, when I was filing a police report of some vandalism on my car while parked at the condominium.
So far, the condominium management did no measure to compensate me for the 500 dollars deductible. I am afraid to park the car again in the property.
Another problem is the noise level. When your upstair neighbor flushes the toilet, it looks like it happened inside your bedroom. At night any walking upstairs also sounds as if it happened inside your apartment.
That is a quick fix apartment, good for families moving into the area, but not to be considered as a long term solution.
