We lived in Avalon Lexington for two years, and were very pleased with the experience. A variety of shopping and restaurant options are nearby. Monthly rent was fairly priced. When we moved in the apartment was freshly painted, and had new carpets and recently updated appliances. The apartment was well appointed with fireplace, ample closet space, a small deck, and laundry in the unit. All maintenance requests were responded to promptly. The office staff were professional and always willing to receive packages or hold mail when we were away. There was ample parking, and garage or covered parking was available for an additional fee. The grounds were well kept, except for gardens near the entry doors, which fellow tenants could not seem to resist trampling. Interior hallways were kept very clean. We had one issue with EXCESSIVE noise from new neighbors above us, and when numerous requests from us and from management for quiet were ignored the new neighbors were forced by management to move to a ground floor unit.
