Future resident or if you're planning to move here, be prepared to pay $200-250 just for water....the complex money spinnig business and is charging for all utilities worse water only is around $200 for a two bedroom house... HIGHEST IN NORTH AMERICA... it's more expensive than GAS!

It took them a while but they finally fixed it so it instead of $160/month it is now $27/month ...
