Beware. My apartment's electric bill is $200. and I am not here all day.
No TV. 1 BR.
No reason for this.
No explanation.

The A/C is all billed on the electric bill which means that it is big in summer ($150 even with the temperature set high and only on when really necessary). The heat is on the gas bill so it also is high ($160 ) in winter ... and with water/sewer billed separately, utilities add a good but to the monthly budget ...
