Excellent Apartments in a very posh neighbourhood

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
The apartments are located right across street to Lexington High School.
Pros: Great Location.
Intersection of Waltham Street and Worthern Rd. Half mile from Lexington Downtown.
The Lexington Schools are in top 10 list of MCAS.
Very clean and large apartments.
Most utilitities are included in the rent.
Close to highways I95, Rt 2 and Rt 2A
Cons: The apartment complex has a very small board saying "Captain Parker Arms". It is hidden in some bushes so you may not notice until you see very closely.
I don't know why they say the address is 114 Waltham St. There are only some offices there. The apratments are actually about half mile on Waltham Street(Left to Worthern Rd from Waltham St). The management seems to be changing hands every now and them. Dolben Inc(781 221 9000) is the current landlord. They still have the previous management's phone listed in most places!.
