I have lived at Captain Parker Arms since 2002. Since Dolben took over the quality of management has steadily deteriorated. The management treats tenants like misbehaving children. They also have no respect for tenant rights. After having made it very clear that I did not want anyone in my unit without my presence, they continued to enter without permission. I like the area very much, but will be leaving when my lease runs out.
