Captain Parker Arms is one of the best deals in Lexington

The property is older, but you have to remember the watchword of any real estate situation: location, location, location. The apartments are centrally located. It is easy to get to the town center and the schools. The grounds are so well kept up, and the management is GREAT. Pam and Greg are always nice and pleasant, and they do whatever they can to help. Yes, things need to be fixed from time to time, but if you want to live in a new complex with no character, go find one. The old brick buildings, the great views, the quiet, and the LOCATION are impossible to beat. This place is homey and retains a lot of the Lexington charm that you find throughout the town. Can't beat it.

So I guess for the location you are willing to deal with no cooling in the summer, mold and asbestos...attend the resident meeting this Saturday and you will know what I am talking about. Go ahead get yourself and your family sick, but you know what the LOCATION is great!!

I want to know what about this complex is quiet? The guy that screams about a car wash in the morning on weekends? The fact that they do the lawn EVERY day at 7am? The mass amount of kids that walk to and from school every day? The kids that drive are constantly honking at eachother....I lived there for a year and it was NOT quiet.

The location is much less 'great' for those with younger kids since they redistricted the Lexington Schools. You are quite far from the local elementary school.

What were the results of the tenant meeting? When is the next one?
