Think twice before renting here

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
 
I'm looking to move out. Management is difficult to deal with, the complex is over 40 years old, and there are mold, noise, floor, storage and air conditioning issues. Management is often slow to address problems or effect repairs. From what I've heard, you would be much better off at Katahdin, Lexington Ridge, Lexington Hills, or Battle Green apartments, to name a few.
