avalon at lexington hills review The good: nice location, outside grounds very well kept, office holds your delivery packages, plenty of parking.
The bad: utility bills over $500 a month (lousy insullation and construction). No heat in master bedroom (or cooling). Cheap interiors.

Overall Way over priced! The apartments are a bit worn old and needs a make over. Noise from neighbors up and slamming doors from tenants going in and out. Winter can be a drag with the parking lot and plowing.
The staff is terrible! They need are in dire need of customer service skills! Bottom

Maintenance & Leasing Staff :( Get everything in writing - rent move-in concessions are promised but not creditd - months later and they will threaten legal action. Maintenance is aggressive and seeks to own the community. I've seen more maintenance staff in arguments with commnity members then
