Who would ever thought that tony little Lincoln would host one of the state?s worst subsidized housing projects'' Welcome to Lincoln Woods, where the drugs are plentiful, and nearly every arrest in the Town of Lincoln occurs here. You can relax as screaming children run about the poorly manicured grounds with out supervision, and the police P.C. one of the many mental patients in residence. A truely delightful place to call home!



If you think you cannot afford better, guess again, there are plenty of private landlords who take section 8, if you like living cheap, try Lynn or Haverhill, but if you have no self asteem, like living in a run-down prefab box, and enjoy being hated by the entire town in which you reside, well this is your place. Also, if you do decide to live here, don?t forget the Raid, you will need it (roaches, roaches everwhere!!!)



Almost forgot to give props to management, who most certaintly have special training in how to be unresponsive, rude and abusive. Can?t forget the Tenent Board, a cruel hoax. This group is living proof of why they really don?t let the inmates run the asylum!



The lesson from all this is: Live anywhere but here, even Sadam Hussian deserves better than Lincoln Woods!!!!!!!

The simple fact that Haveral & Lynn were this person's alternative reccomendation say's it all! I grew up there, had a fantastic education from grade school through highschool went to college and am aware that the world is my oyster. Of course I don't working for what I want and take time to enjoy what I have. Lincoln Woods is surrounded by conservation land, trails, is safe for kids and is the towns center. It is a 1 minute walk to the boston commuter train and minutes from Rt 128 & R 2. A 20 minute walk brings you to beautiful Walden Pond. There is a town pool and recreation parks all with in a mile. yes the construction is a little lacking but keeping a clean house makes roaches a non-issue. If you enjoy life I highly reccomend Lincoln Woods otherwise seak your happiness in Haveral or Lynn as the previous author suggests.
