Lincoln Woods is a very nice mixed-income community. There are some obviously disgruntled people that have offered reviews here, but I can testify as a resident that most of what has been reported are lies. I've never had any problems with insects, drugs, the management or my neighbors. In fact the community is run very well and the maintenence staff are very responsive to any maintenence issues. The grounds are very well maintained and there have been constant infrastructure improvements over the past few years. I enjoy living at Lincoln Woods very much, I find the management fair, the board responsive, and enjoy exploring the 1500 acres of conservation land next door. It's a lovely town with a top notch school system.

It's too bad that some people (notably those who have posted prior with false accusations about the community)don't appreciate or realize what they have.
