The positive comments must have been written by members of the tenent board. Some of these board members have "served" countless years and have gotten great "perks" such as back-yard renovations and new appliances, while many of the residents live in fear of the management. Anyone who complains gets black listed and any little infraction brings an eviction notice. The place is ruled like a prison. I moved out after the famous renovations---see the article in the Boston Globe 2/27/2003. I now live in a first-rate, affordable apartment where I am treated with respect by the management.
