had never seen this site until proudly showing a friend Lincoln Woods

I was pleased to see a few recent positive comments - and quite frankly, had to laugh at the older and obviously negatively slanted ones.
But for anyone who loves a rural town 20 minutes from the city, with a world-class museum, great trails, gorgeous conservation land, lots of farms, and highly-rated public schools - Lincoln Woods offers it all.
I think of them as reasonably priced New York apartments in maybe the best town in Mass.
to live in...
and each person has their own little piece of "Lincoln Woods" with either a patio and garden or a balcony - and everyone has views with trees.
Having been an apartment dweller all my life, I can truly say I've never lived in a place so well cared for - and where maintenance is one phone call away (for anything from broken dishwasher to clogged toilet or lightbulb too high to replace) and is usually tended to the same day.
Don't let personal sniping keep you from looking into this as a new home - and remember, not all people who live in Lincoln have the average $910,000 plus two acre homes! This is definitely a case of less is more!
