A good place, not a great place

Only two phone jacks in the apartment. DSL is available. If you have a southern view, they have no objections to small-dish satellite TV installations, as long as they are masked to some degree and no holes are drilled in the building for access.
Kids hang out in the parking lot 'til late at night. They're well-behaved, but occasionally noisy and a menace to navigation for cars at night.
Cooking odors from other apartments are occasionally intense.
