If you are looking for a quiet residential community, then pond side is NOT the residence you are looking for.
There are too many kids ranging from teenagers to 1 year olds.
The parents do not discipline their children and do not care about sincere requests to keep the noise down.

Pond Side is under new management and as the new Property Manager I would like to just make note that we have great children at Pond Side and please also note that this post was made Christmas Day.
