i have been living at pond side for aprox. 2 years and the only thing i do not like is the fact that there are way to many events that take place as events such as illigal activity ie' drugs as well as domestic fightings police here all the time and the fact that they secretly place monitor camers in peoples area of living i had an experience that they placed a camera facing my meas of eggress as well as my daughters bedroom which i do not feel is right as a tenant. the manager here has cause me and my family great disstress. i do not agree with thae way they run things here and the ay rumors go on around here i have noticed that if they pin you as a family they dont like they will do everything possible to get you out of here. if you are low income family i would never recommend living here because they will rent to you because it is garenteed money but they will not treat you as if you were a family paying full rent i have inclosed a picture to show you that they do place cameras on your personal space of enjoyment when they feel they need to monitor things which i do not agree with. if you do decide to rent here i wish you the best of luck! again here are somephotos of what they did to me as a tenant because they decided to make up a story saying that i stabbed my g-friend which later was proven to be faulse s well as saying i was at the managers home and i attacted herlater police proved to be faulse and made up. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
