I have lived at Pond Side for a little over one year. Whenever anything needs to be fixed in my apartment, it is fixed within 48 hours. As far as the noise, any apartment building is going to have noise. You have to expect children to be children... The only issue I have is the recent care in the grounds. The grounds need to be cleaned-up and the playground needs to be updated, it does not look safe. Please at least look at Pond Side, again you can not always believe what you hear. Also, it is illegal for the camera's to be in children's bedrooms. If that were true, there would have been a huge law suit. I have NEVER seen a camera anywhere on the grounds.
