Left a BAD taste in my mouth!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008
The only reason I lived at Pondside was because it is close to where I work! Lived here for 5 years now.
I have watched the management and the apartment go from bad to worse and finally unbearable. Poor maintenance - especially in the winter. Management has a 'couldnt-care-less' attitude towards problems reported.
Cops showing up and 'taking care' of situations was quite common in the time I lived there. Definitely dont feel safe there.
Vehicle Vandalism happens frequently - and some people (me included) have had their vehicles vandalised while they lived there. As usual management does nothing about it - not sure if they can either.
Rents are especially high - and the place is not worth the money one spends there. Definitely not a place to raise kids - maybe small dogs or cats - but not KIDS!
